IconoBe is an icon browser/catalog application. If you like to collect icons like I do, you don't want to have your files scattered all over your hard drive. With IconoBe you can have them all in one or multiple files for fast access and browsing. That way you can catalog your icons into different catagories.
Don't like what your folders or application icons look like?. With IconoBe you will also be able to create "Themes" for the BeOS. You choose the icons for which type of files or applications you want to change the icons for and tell IconoBe to switch them to the ones you like.
IconoBe is not an icon editor.
IconoBe will also be able to do some of the following:
- Set icons for files by dropping them onto the Icon Drop Box
- Create "theme" files for the BeOS
- Read Windows .ico and Macintosh icons
