GoGo Gadget is a BeOS application that is a GUI frontend to the mp3 encoder called GoGo.

It has the following features:
  • MP3 ID3 tag support.
  • Writes MP3 ID3 tags to the files attributes.
  • Let's the user encode files in batches.
  • Gives the user an option to neatly encode the files into a nice and tidy directory structure.
  • Gets files from audio CDs mounted using the cdda-fs filesystem addon.
  • Parses audio CDs that have been mounted and have been looked up with CDDB database.



You can use Marco Nelissen's CDDA-FS to mount your Audio CDs on your desktop. You can get it from his web page at his
website.

Fixed/implemented in version 0.78:

  • Fixed bug with %c not being recognized.
  • Fixed bug with updating the status when using gogo 2.35
  • Fixed bug with not being able to encode anymore after removing all items.
  • Track numbers below 10 are ouputted with a leading 0.
